Bloop Leviathan

Description

Bloop Leviathan is the first mod focused on bringing the Bloop Leviathan into Subnautica 2.

This mod introduces the massive Bloop creature into the game, allowing you to encounter it naturally while exploring the world of Subnautica 2.

The Bloop does not simply appear in front of you or spawn through a menu. You'll have to go out and find it yourself.

It can be found naturally around the AXUM section of the map, lurking far beneath the surface.

Fortunately... or perhaps unfortunately... AXUM seems to already know that something is down there.

Near the area where the creature can be found, AXUM has placed a large arrow above the water, pointing toward the location below. Alongside it is a holographic warning displaying:

"BLOOP IS BELOW HERE"

The warning was apparently placed there to keep people away from the area.

Whether you decide to listen to AXUM's warning is entirely up to you.

Dive below it, and you'll find out exactly why they didn't want anyone going down there.

This is an early version of the mod, so expect the creature, its behavior, and its implementation to continue receiving improvements and additional features in future updates.

Installation instructions

The downloaded file is:

BloopMod.zip1. Install UE4SS

This mod requires UE4SS for Subnautica 2 in order to load.

Make sure UE4SS and the Blueprint Mod Loader are correctly installed before installing Bloop Leviathan.

2. Extract the mod

Extract

BloopMod.zip3. Open your Subnautica 2 installation directory

For Steam, this will usually be:

Subnautica2 Content Paks LogicMods If the

LogicModsfolder does not exist, create it.

4. Install BloopMod

Place the BloopMod folder inside:

Subnautica2 Content Paks LogicMods The final structure should look similar to:

                    ├── BloopMod.pak

                    └── BloopMod.utocLaunch Subnautica 2 and the mod should now load.

Uninstallation

Delete:

Subnautica2 Content Paks LogicMods BloopModUpdating

Delete the previous

BloopModfolder and replace it with the folder from the newest version.

Make sure your version of UE4SS is compatible with the current version of Subnautica 2.

Because Subnautica 2 is still being updated, game updates may temporarily break mods until the required modding tools are updated.
