Gateway Ring - Tadpole Booster

Description

This mod adds the brand new Gateway Ring to the game! This Ring gives a huge boost to any tadpole going through it. You can also configure the power of the boost yourself!

Makes traveling easier and allows for sick tadpole races!

Installation instructions

1. Install UE4SS for Subnautica 2

2. Download the mod's zip file (GatewayRing.zip)

3. Navigate to your Mods folder (C: SteamLibrary steamapps common Subnautica2 Subnautica2 Binaries Win64 ue4ss Mods) alternatively you can go to the Subnautica 2 steam page -> click the settings (gear button) of the  game -> Manage -> Browse Local Files -> Subnautica2 -> Binaries -> Win64 -> ue4ss -> Mods

4. In the mod folder, extract GatewayRing.zip (or simply drag the GatewayRing folder out of it inside the Mods folder)

5. Launch the game

Configuring the Ring

Open the config.json file located in the GatewayRing folder with the notepad or any text editor

Here you'll find instructions to change the ring's boost power, speed cap and boost duration

Main features

Adds a new Buildable called "Gateway Ring" that boosts your tadpole when going through it.

Requirements

You need to have ue4ss for Subnautica 2 correctly installed
