Notes
If you want to modify the thirst parameter and more you can use my tool Game Settings Editor.
Installation
Download the mod. Extract its .zip archive.
Go to Subnautica2 Content Paks and create a ~mods folder in there if you don't have one already.
Drop the files from the mod in there. In the end it should look like this:
Subnautica2 Content Paks ~mods zSlowerThirstDegradation60SN2_P.pak
Subnautica2 Content Paks ~mods zSlowerThirstDegradation60SN2_P.ucas
