Install UE4SS Method:

you need to make sure you have UE4SS installed. More detailed instructions are available in UE4SS's description.

Installing this mod's files:

extract the zip file and place the .ucas .utoc

and .pak files into your [Subnautica2 -  Subnautica2 - Content - Paks -  LogicMods] folder.

If you don't have one, you will need to create one or let UE4SS create it for you by launching the game.

For those who are having issues with UE4SS

Install SML Method:

This mod does not currently support SML's Auto loading.

If you still wish to use SML: 

Download and install KeinZantezuke's Simple Mod loader more details instructions on how to do this are listed in SML's description.

Next, Place this mod's Ucas, Utoc, and Pak files into [Subnautica2 -  Subnautica2  - Conent - paks] It is recommended to further nest your mod files in a Mods or ~mods folder, but not required.

Now, to get the game to recognize your mod, you will need to press the ~ or ` key on your keyboard and paste in:

mod add /Game/Mods/DP_Markers/ModActor.ModActor_C
